Installation Specialist – Synthetic Turf/Carpet & Playground

Responsibilities:

• Installation of synthetic grass/turf and/or commercial grade playground equipment.
• Ensure installation excellence.
• Capacity to take instruction from company management/foreman.
• Work with shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, hammers and knives.
• Work with light to medium duty equipment/machinery.
• Lifting a minimum of 80 pounds.
• Physical labor involved daily.

Requirements/Experience:

• Experience installing synthetic turf or playgrounds a plus.
• Other transferable backgrounds: Carpet installers, Auto Mechanics, Fence installers, Masons.
• For safety and effective performance, English speaking is a must.
• A clean, NYS Drivers License (CDL a plus) a must.
• Professional appearance.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Experience towing trailers a plus.
• Ability to work well with 3-4 crew members.
• Hard working.
