We recently purchased a home that had turf already installed when we bought it. We had a couple of problems unrelated to the quality of the turf or installation (there is one recurring problem that is most likely due to a problem with our pool) and Turf Tek came out twice to do repairs without charging us a penny. My father was very reluctant when receiving assistance from Paws Of War, but once partnered with a service dog I could immediately see the huge benefit and impact that it would have in his life. We had our product installed almost a year ago, and we were very happy then and continue to be happy. Adam and the guys did a very clean and professional install. The reason we decided to get turf was because we have a 70-pound energetic dog who would track dirt and mud in the house from the lawn that he destroyed. Wanted to reach out and just share with you how pleased we are with your turf product. It’s now been two years since your team installed the product and it has been everything you guaranteed! The coloration even with such drastic weather conditions we have seen in the Northeast has been unaffected. During the Summer while we had concerns on bugs , ticks and pesticides which effected our natural grass maintenance. Those issues are now nonexistent with our new turf.
The product itself…durable..clean…no issues at all…has been ideal for my family.
Also I’ve been calculating the costs for installing turf versus what my normal fees and expenses would be for regular landscaping ( weekly) service and I will be a break even by the middle of this summer! Way ahead of schedule.
I usually do not write letters acknowledging how pleased I am with a service…I think it’s expected when I sign any contract.
